That is the whole structure. Everything you open in sholo sits at one of those three levels, and the tabs change to match where you are standing.
Where your work lives
A show is the thing a crew opens in a loading dock. The floor plan, the gear, the to-dos, the schedule, and the run-of-show. Only the crew-facing essentials.
A project is the company-facing planning side of a show. Gear prep, logistics, crewing, the documents and the conversation about the work. It is where the things live that the crew does not need to see.
Every show gets a project layer, including a single-site show. A three-city tour is one project with three shows under it. A one-day breakfast is one project with one show. The shape never changes, so there is one answer to “where do I plan this” and it does not depend on how big the work turned out to be. Creating a project creates its first show in the same step.
HQ is the company above all of it. Every show you are running, the whole team, a calendar that reads across all of it, and company-wide chat and to-dos. This is a place for your team to collaborate on ideas that are not project or show specific: the big picture.

Who is working when, across every show in the company at once. It sits at HQ because “is Marc free Thursday” is a question about the company’s week, and no single show can answer it.

The run of show. Time, cue and item hold still while the departments scroll sideways, so the audio operator and the LED tech read one sheet without reading each other’s columns. Whoever is calling presses GO and every phone in the building moves with them. Off until you turn it on.

You can turn tabs off per show. A load-in with no run of show does not need the ROS tab, and a tab nobody uses is a tab that teaches people to ignore the bar.

You choose which tabs a local hand sees. Every show tab has its own switch for read-only accounts, so the list above is the ceiling rather than a fixed set — turn off what that show has no business handing out.
HQ and the project are the Corporate part of the pricing. A Crew workspace has the show column and nothing above it.
A local hand’s access can be given an end date, so it stops on its own. That is the part a printed plan can never do.
