What Corporate adds
On the show itself the two plans are the same. The floor plan, the gear list, the to-dos, the schedule, the run of show, the documents and the show chat work the same way on both, and so does every update.
What the Corporate plan adds is everything above the show: Project and HQ.
Projects
A project is the planning side of a show, and it is where the work happens before anybody gets on site. Gear prep, logistics, crewing and travel live in the project, along with anything else the crew on site does not need to see. Every show on Corporate has one above it, including a show that only runs in one room. Crew has the show and nothing above it.
Company HQ
The HQ is where your company-level operations live. Internal communication, documents, links, teams that don’t belong on a project or show. Everybody gets a personalized dashboard and calendar unique to them, showing insights on the projects they work on. The company page talks in more detail about what to expect from the HQ level.
The org chart
The org chart is the center of personnel management. Your company has an org chart and each project has an org chart. With this chart you can lay out your crew, assign positions, pencil people in, send crew invites and manage permissions access. How it works has the table of who ends up seeing what.
Positions rather than a list of members: the ring is the shows each one works, and the dotted circles are where the next hire goes.
Activity log
No more tracking down who changed what. Across the entire app, the activity log keeps up with every change. Who changed what, and when, is now at your fingertips.
7 seats v unlimited
The Crew plan grants you 7 seats on a show. This is perfect for those one-off small projects that don’t need the overhead above the show level. Grant access to 6 crew members plus yourself and you are set. Need more than 7 seats? The Corporate plan offers unlimited seats.
The count is per show, not per company. A freelancer on one show this week and a different one next month is one person on one show at a time, and their access ends when the show does.
Nothing stops working mid-show
If you outgrow Crew during a load-in, the show does not lock, the plan does not close, and nobody is thrown off the show. You will be told, and you can move to Corporate when you are somewhere with a signal and a spare minute. Software that stops during a show is worse than no software.
Monthly or annual
Annual is the same product, paid once a year instead of twelve times.
Crew is $1,219 for the year. The same twelve months, paid one at a time, comes to $1,548.
Corporate is $2,739 for the year. The same twelve months, paid one at a time, comes to $3,588.
Nothing else changes, and nothing is held back for the annual price.
Seven days free, and what happens after
Seven days free with a card up front. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing at all. After that it renews on the term you chose, and you can cancel any time in the workspace settings. No email, no phone call.
What isn’t charged extra
Floor plan pages, gear items, shows, documents, photographs and messages are not metered. Neither is bringing in the paperwork you already have. The import reads the spreadsheet, CSV or PDF your rental company already sends, so the first show costs you an afternoon instead of a week of retyping.
The iPhone and iPad apps are included, and so is the web app. There is no separate mobile price and nothing to buy inside the app.
What you are replacing
Most companies do this with four or five tools at once. A project tool, a chat tool, a run-of-show tool, a file share, and a spreadsheet somebody keeps by hand. Paid for separately those add up before anybody has opened a floor plan, and none of them talk to each other. This is one bill, and the run of show, the gear list and the plan are the same show rather than three exports of it.
